These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Forge Systems LLC ("Forge Systems," "we," "us," or "our") and any enrollment-system implementation services we provide. By accessing this website or submitting a booking or contact form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a form.
1. Who may use this site
This website and its forms are intended for adult business owners and authorized representatives of martial arts schools. By using this site you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and are authorized to submit information on behalf of the school identified in any form.
2. Our services
Forge Systems LLC builds and implements enrollment systems for martial arts schools. Depending on the selected scope, this may include website and landing-page development, lead-capture forms, CRM and pipeline configuration, lead follow-up automation, calendar and trial scheduling, reminders, staff notifications, reporting, optional advertising setup and management, and additional-location configuration.
The exact scope of any engagement is confirmed in a written proposal or agreement. These Terms do not define the scope of any particular engagement. No work is guaranteed, and no results are promised, except as expressly stated in a signed agreement.
3. No guarantees of results
Forge Systems LLC does not guarantee leads, trials, enrollments, revenue, or any specific business outcome. Outcomes depend on many factors, including market, advertising, offer, staff response, sales process, pricing, reputation, location, and other factors outside our control. Any past results described (including the early internal TruMotion case study) are not a guarantee or promise of future results.
4. Communications and consent
All lead forms and communication workflows we build are intended for properly collected inbound business inquiries. We do not use, and these Terms do not authorize the use of, purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists, cold automated SMS, cold calling, prerecorded calls, artificial-voice calls, or ringless voicemail.
Where text messages or calls are used, appropriate consent must be obtained and recorded in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state law. SMS consent on this site is optional, unchecked by default, separate from form submission, and not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw consent at any time.
You are responsible for ensuring that any contact information your school submits or imports into a system we configure has been collected and consented to in compliance with applicable law. Forge Systems LLC is not responsible for the manner in which your school collects or uses your own prospect data.
5. Fees, advertising spend, and usage costs
Implementation fees, if any, are confirmed in your written proposal. Advertising spend, message usage (SMS/email), and platform subscription costs are separate from implementation fees and are your responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed agreement. We do not publish exact pricing before reviewing your current process.
6. Third-party platforms and integrations
Services may rely on third-party platforms, including CRM, calendar, messaging, and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, availability, or data practices of those providers. Your use of any third-party platform is subject to its own terms and policies. We may configure integrations on your behalf, but you remain responsible for your account, data, and compliance on those platforms.
7. Your responsibilities
To receive value from our services, you agree to provide accurate information, respond to communications, follow up personally with your own prospects, and supply access or materials reasonably required for implementation. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by missing or inaccurate information from you or your staff.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, the Forge Systems logo, and visual design — is the property of Forge Systems LLC unless otherwise noted. The Forge Systems logo may not be reproduced, recolored, distorted, stretched, or altered without written permission. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from this site without our prior written consent.
9. User-submitted content
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any information you submit through this site. You grant Forge Systems LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to use your submitted information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare an audit, and provide our services. You represent that you have the right to submit any information you provide.
10. Disclaimers
This website and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law,Forge Systems LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site or any service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, enrollments, or data, arising out of or related to your use of this website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim, if any. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forge Systems LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of a third party's rights, or the content or consent practices you apply to your own prospect data.
